You are not taken seriously in my case.
With my background. Seen as "psychic".
That's how it is.
My case was pure self-defense.
The umpteenth!
People seen as "psychic" have a hard time.
Scientific research has been done on people with "mental illness" or so stigmatized, who often and more often have to deal with violence. By incomprehension, exclusion, psychological / physical abuse.

Make an appeal. This is from rare defense. Should have been seen and you have indicated that.

Dear Mr. Meijer,
Yesterday I was present on your behalf at the police court hearing in Den Bosch.
The public prosecutor initially demanded a 6-week prison sentence for both abuses against you. After my plea, in which I explained your personal circumstances, the officer changed his claim, which is exceptional. The new requirement was a 40-hour work sentence, to be replaced by 20 days in custody and a fully suspended 3-week prison sentence with a probationary period of 2 years.
The police judge agreed with the changed requirement of the public prosecutor and therefore sentenced you to 40 hours 'imprisonment and 3 weeks' suspended sentence with a probationary period of 2 years.
There is a possibility to appeal against the judgment of the police judge within 2 weeks. My advice is not to appeal. In view of the reports, witness statements and video images, there is sufficient legal and convincing evidence that you have committed both acts of abuse. The court has taken your personal circumstances into account in your favor. Normally a prison sentence would have been obvious with your criminal record.
